Boot Camp will help you build strength, improve agility, and increase endurance. During class, you can expect to see training intervals and cardio drills that will increase your heart rate to help you burn fat.  You’ll also work on functional movements like squats or sit-ups.


Boot camp workouts are inspired by military boot camp, so show up and be ready to sweat! Over time, this class will help you lose body fat and help you get into a regular fitness routine.
