Marimn Health to Expand Medical Center
July 9, 2020
Over the past 30 years, we have strived to meet the needs of our community by providing more diverse programs and services to help you and your family to get and stay healthy. From time to time, this means adding more buildings and exciting new offerings- just like at the Coeur Center in Worley, which opened in December of 2020. This month, we are entering another exciting growth spurt as we add on to the main level of our medical center and complete new outdoor amenities at the Coeur Center.
Medical Center Expansion
The pandemic changed the way we did many things at home and here at the medical center too. As you might know, during the pandemic, we began delivering prescriptions to patients in their cars. This became so popular with patients that we decided to add a pharmacy drive-thru for folks who are picking up medications. We are adding chiropractic and optical spaces to accommodate more patients and reduce wait times for these services. We’ll also add space for urgent care, which we plan to use for extended hours in the future after construction is complete.
PLEASE NOTE: Our wonderful PRC (Contract Health) and Outreach & Enrollment departments recently moved downstairs and can be accessed by the elevator. However, for the time being, we ask that you continue to check in upstairs as usual.
Medical Center Construction Timeline: early July 2021 – August 2022
What Does this Mean for You?
- Give yourself a little extra time at the Medical Center: We will close sections of the upper patient parking lot from July 1, 2020 through October 2020 to allow crews to build new parking areas to accommodate the new shape of the building, which will extend out into our current parking lot. Over the summer, please arrive a little earlier than usual to give yourself extra time to get to your appointments. Our staff will be on hand to help with parking and assist you with getting into the building if you need help. You can call ahead of time to ask for help or talk to our staff when you arrive.
- Watch for signs that indicate changes at the Medical Center: We are going to do our very best to keep clear signage and communicate upcoming changes and to keep impacts to a minimum. If you find yourself a little lost, ask any staff member to get you pointed in the right direction.
Where to Get More Information:
