Exciting news – we’re moving to EPIC + MyChart!

Starting November 18th, we’ll begin using EPIC—a modern, secure platform designed to improve your care experience. This upgrade will allow your care team to work more efficiently and ensure you have better, faster access to your health information.

As part of this transition, we’re launching MyChart, your new patient portal. With MyChart, you’ll be able to:

  • Schedule & manage appointments
  • Request refills & view medications
  • View bills & make payments
  • Access test results & visit summaries
  • View your health records
  • Send secure messages to your care team

We’re excited to bring you a more connected, convenient, and transparent healthcare experience. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to go-live!

What’s Changing?
MyChart will be an upgrade to every part of your healthcare services. In addition to all the of amazing benefits listed above, here are some of changes that will most effect you:

  • You will have access to a new Patient Portal through MyChart. We will remove the old patient portal on November 18, 2025
  • You will no longer receive information from Phreesia as of November 18, 2025

How Will This Affect Your Visits?
This will be a huge lift for our teams at Marimn, and we are all committed to making this a smooth transition for our patients and staff. We’ve taken a running start at moving as much of our patient information over as possible, but we may need your help along the way.

Once we launch MyChart in November, you will be asked to check-in to the new system – this could take up to 15 minutes or less. After your first visit, your check-in will go quicker. One of the best features of MyChart is the mobile app. Download the app to check-in for your appointment before you arrive.

Our teams have trained for months in preparation of this new service to help get you through the process smoothly.

How We Will Keep You Informed
