Marimn Health respectfully requests that you propose to be our Design / Build Contractor for work to include Pre-Construction, Design, and Construction Services.
The project consists of approximately removing the sod turf at the Coeur Center Baseball Fields and replacing the surface with Artificial Turf. The attached drawing describes the complete
scope of the work. The project is to include both design and construction services.
Marimn Health is requesting a Proposal from qualified general contractors to be our Design / Build Contractor to develop and manage the construction budget, schedule, and provide Construction Services to complete all portions of the project. Firms interested in this project must submit a Proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFP.
This RFP provides the information necessary to submit a proposal for consideration. Proposals will be reviewed, evaluated, and ranked by the Owner. At their option, the selection committee may interview firms in order of preference.
